Apr 06,  · Hello, I an trying to download Zoom Client Meeting on my Surface Book with Windows 10, when I go to download it nothing happens. I tried troubleshooting it and it said “incompatible program” I know someone with the exact same laptop and they were able to download Zoom with no problems. Every meeting I go into zoom says. ZOOM IS NOT RESPONDING. But he problem is that zoom is working fine. I can see the other peoples cameras, i can hear them and I can talk. But zoom wont let me touch anything because it says it isnt responding. HELP. Same problem here. It's been a real pain. I had that problem once.

Zoom is not responding. Very annoying! It happened overnight, yesterday. When I'm trying to join, or create a room and it's asking me to connect audio, it simply freezes and will stay there for 5 minutes. I have to hop in and out meetings constantly, and this is costing me a lot of time. I was wondering if it was my computer, so I updated all my drivers, got rid of access headsets, mics and camera's, re-installed Zoom and even reinstalled my PC and it is still not working.
